What do you do when you feel out of sorts? Returning to Nova Scotia brought up feelings of depression and emotional struggle. I was triggered by old stories and judgements. Through self-reflection, journaling, and meditation, I reconnected with my inner self, acknowledging and soothing my younger part that felt inadequate.
