You try not to over react or get caught in your head, but sometimes it all floods in and you don’t know where to turn. You end up saying things you wish you hadn’t in the heat of the moment. You feel trapped in so many expectations, especially this time of year.
You need time to ground and find yourself.

Through insights and a guided journey inward, you’ll uncover a deeper presence with yourself. Through breath and body awareness you will gain tools to support you in letting go of what you can’t control and tending to your needs and what you can, in the moment.
By the end of our time together, you’ll have a true felt-sense of your grounded center, a simple practice you can return to anytime.
