Your 4-Week Journey:
Week 1 - Start Where You Are - Gently explore your current state of being. Build interoceptive self-awareness as the foundation for feeling grounded to support creating conscious change.
Week 2 - Understanding Your Patterns - With compassion and curiosity, explore the emotional and nervous system patterns that you use to protect yourself in times of struggle.
Week 3 - Support Yourself in New Ways - Learn more tools to calm yourself in challenging moments specific to your needs. Enhance your self-awareness and connect to your inner sense of safety and support.
Week 4 - Integrate and Embody - Witness what’s needed now as you learn to turn towards your deeper un-met needs. Integrate your insights and embody a more compassionate, confident way of being.
