Allow into the autumn season and the darkening of the days to support our journey of change to awaken to what you truly need.

In times where we are being influenced and activated by so much happening around us and in our lives, this is your opportunity to turn inward. 

With compassion and curiosity, we’ll lean into acceptance, the first step toward conscious change. From there, we’ll bring awareness to our patterns and reactions, discovering how to meet our needs more authentically.

Over these four weeks, you’ll gain personal insights and tools to navigate moments of challenge with greater confidence and clarity. You’ll surrender old narratives and expectations, while opening up to authentic connection with yourself.

You’ll emerge grounded and present, compassionate toward your own experience and that of others, and ready to meet life with steadiness and grace.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Embodied practices to connect with your inner landscape

  • Exploration of emotional and nervous system patterns

  • Tools to understand and meet your own needs with compassion

  • Gentle grounding and self-soothing techniques for everyday life

  • Guided reflections and meditations for awareness, presence, and choice

  • Space for honest sharing, reflection, and integration

Your 4-Week Journey:

Week 1 - Begin Where You Are - Gently explore your current state of being. Practice awareness and acceptance as the foundation for creating conscious change.

Week 2 - Understanding Your Patterns - Notice the ways you cope and protect yourself. With compassion and curiosity, explore the patterns that pull you away from your heart and what you’re truly trying to support.

Week 3 - Support Yourself in New Ways - Learn tools to meet your needs in the moment. Enhance your self-awareness and connect to your inner sense of safety and support.

Week 4 - Integrate and Embody - Reflect on what’s shifted and how you’ve grown. Celebrate your insights and embody a more compassionate, confident way of being.
