Week 1 - Start Where You Are - Gently explore your current state of being. Build self-awareness as the foundation for creating conscious change.

Week 2 - Understanding Your Patterns - Notice the ways you cope and protect yourself. With compassion and curiosity, explore the patterns that pull you away from your heart and what you truly need.

Week 3 - Support Yourself in New Ways - Learn tools to calm yourself in challenging moments. Enhance your self-awareness and connect to your inner sense of safety and support.

Week 4 - Integrate and Embody - Witness on what’s present now as you learn how to turn towards your deeper needs. Integrate your insights and embody a more compassionate, confident way of being.
