Join me in Seabright for a soulful, supportive Sound Journey session.
Together we’ll set intention to what serves you in the moment, create a safe and warm space to rest into, and I’ll bathe you in sacred sounds.
Sound Journeys utilize various sound frequencies of instruments and voice to support you in letting go and receiving exactly what you need.
Your inner being and body already knows what it needs. These journeys give you time and space to calibrate to that inner knowing.
Rest yourself into this supportive space, and allow the sounds to move through you.
