Lovely to meet you…

A little of my story, and what brings me here…

Hi, I’m Brenda.

I’m drawn to meaningful conversations, natural movement, quiet stillness, and those moments when something within us comes alive. I love exploring what makes us who we are, and what becomes possible when we give ourselves more room to simply be.

Seabright Spirit has grown over the last 12 years from that curiosity, and from my own journey of learning to love and trust myself.

My own path home

For years, I adapted to what I thought would keep me accepted and connected, often losing sight of my own needs and truth. Learning to recognize my own needs, listen to my body, and speak honestly has changed how I relate to myself and others.

My path has included addiction and recovery, grief, and leaving a long career in financial services. It has also brought love, new beginnings, and the joy of making a home here in Seabright.

Through it all, I’ve been learning to meet myself with greater compassion, including the parts I once struggled to accept.

That relationship continues to unfold. There is always more to discover, more to soften toward, and more life to enjoy.

What I bring to our time together

My work draws on my training as a Certified Professional Life Coach and 500 hour Yoga Instructor, my ongoing studies, and the experiences that have shaped me.

I bring curiosity, honesty, compassion, and a welcoming presence to the spaces I offer. There is room to explore, to rest, to move, and to enjoy being yourself.

Through private conversation and inquiry, we can explore what matters to you and what you’re ready to understand more deeply. Group experiences with breath, movement, or sound offer space to reconnect with yourself and others, whether you’re seeking stillness, freedom of expression, or simply time for yourself.

Across my work, I care about helping you recognize your own wisdom, appreciate your uniqueness, and feel more freedom to choose what honours you.

You’re welcome here

Whether we meet individually, gather in circle, or share a practice, you’re welcome to arrive as you are.

There is room for your questions, your tenderness, your joy, and the parts of you still finding their voice.

With gratitude,
Brenda

Allow me to guide you back to yourself
