"I have been attending Brenda's yoga classes for 3 years. Brenda's classes are perfect for me because they provide enough challenging poses to help increase my strength and also enough stretching to keep me flexible. As a 68-year-old woman, I need the stability that strength and stretching bring, as well as the serenity that yoga provides. Brenda is very good at suggesting modifications when a pose is difficult for me, and she never makes me feel like I am not doing something right. I also really appreciate her YouTube classes, which I use when I am traveling. Since I have taken so many classes, I don't really even need to watch the video.
