Certified in Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Instruction, Brenda is here to help you practice safely, while also creating space for deepening self-awareness and playful learning.
SUP yoga offers a soulful way of practicing yoga as you feel nature's elements within and around you. As you embrace the fluidity of your practice on water, you will find joy in facing the flow of life.
While some paddleboard experience is helpful, you will be encouraged to listen to your body and do only what feels right for you.
All you need is a paddleboard and a willing heart!
These SUP yoga group practices are perfect for anyone who wants to explore with their yoga practice on the water in a fun group setting.
Rain date - August 2nd
Any change due to weather will be notified to registrants 4 hours before class.
4-Week Session - $50 Drop-in - $15
Bring your own board, paddle, leash, and life jacket.
Wear clothes you don't mind getting wet!
